Well, on some systems (solaris ?), you can't set the lowest significant
figures of time with touch. So if lots of files have xx:xx.00 in the
field this can look suspciuos.

ObHack:
Designing a script to analyse the numbers of such files by user to see
what they were up to. A surprising number of people touch their mail
files.
