How to flip a map. Use these scripts as guidelines:

* flipmap.awk: Flip all of the titles
* flipmap2.awk: Flip all of the player starting locations
* flagdecal.awk: Change the flags to look nicer (cosmetic)
* river.awk: This helps flip the rivers; take the output, put in
  separate file, then edit map file adding river.awk output
* shiftmap.awk: Helps move some maps so they can be cropped
* restoreTabs.awk: CropCiv4Map.py needs restored tabs.
* CropCiv4Map.py: This crops the map, makes domination easier
